Portion sizes and pricing swing widely across this group, from a $10 lunch bowl to a multi-course tasting menu at an upscale sushi counter, so checking recent reviews and photos is more useful than the price range alone. In New Hartford, dinner reservations for popular izakaya, hot pot and Korean BBQ spots fill up on Friday and Saturday nights, so booking ahead or arriving at opening is worth it. Many restaurants across New York run daily lunch specials on weekdays that are not listed on the dinner menu, so it is worth asking. Halal, vegetarian and gluten-free options vary a lot by kitchen; call ahead if you have a dietary restriction rather than assuming the menu will note it.
Hours have not been published for this listing yet. Most businesses of this type in New Hartford keep standard business hours, but call ahead to be sure, especially on weekends and holidays. No phone number is listed for this business, so the Google Maps link on this page is the best route for directions and any contact details Google has on file.
Customers rate it 4.3 out of 5 on Google across 180 reviews, placing it among the better-regarded ramen in New Hartford.
New Hartford is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and New Hartford follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I was craving ramen and I was only able to eat here once before they closed for renovations. Honestly this time around the food was tasty but I was really sad to see that the menu had been cut down to just ramen and seafood. I was really looking forward to trying their sushi but didn't get the chance which was really sad. I think my only complaint really is that the waitress (despite there not being anyone else there) was trying to rush us out of there. The ramen I got lacked in presentation but it was still very tasty.

Their name and menu has changed. They no longer sell sushi and have added in seafood boil items. My family ordered the miso, tonkatsu, and the spicy soul ramen along with a small order of mussels tossed in their garlic butter sauce. The mussels were pretty good, Iβll go back soon to try more seafood options. But the ramen was not very good, noodles were a bit soggy and reminded me of top ramen noodles you get in the packages. The broth was very bland as well. Definitely recommend to try the seafood but not so much the ramen. I wish they wouldβve kept Takoyaki on their menu, was really sad to see that gone.

Love the food here. It's been delicious every time I go. My favorite ramen shop. Other reviews about poor service are sort of correct? But really they usually only have one waiter and he's waiting all the tables, to go orders, and sometimes even helping with food and sushi prep. So I sort of understand if service isn't 100%.

The ramen dishes are definitely their best and big portions. Japanese noodles we're a bit bland. Sushi available and decently priced. Service was a bit slow, but staff was friendly. Nice open atmosphere with plenty of seating. Take out available.

Fried chicken was ok, gyoza was good spot on all the taste was very similar to Japan, Manhattan Roll was amazing smooth and tasty, spicy bold ramen was good but could be spicier for me. The spicy soul ramen also had good flavor but we again added a lot more spice to it. The chili oil on the side was a help. The iced tea also had very good fresh flavor. Food came up quick and accurate. Will be stopping here again in the future.
